Jill Boadway is a professional chef and holistic culinary coach who supports people in transforming their relationship to nourishment. She empowers groups and individuals to create kitchen practices for vibrant living.
Jill's 13 years of experience ranges from french fine dining to asian fusion to raw foods cuisine. She discovered yoga while dealing with the stress of high-end restaurant kitchens and later became trained as a yoga teacher in India.
It is her service to bring the spirit of yoga into the kitchen. She is passionate about sharing cooking as a vehicle for self-discovery and connection. Jill is also inspired by the nourishment we receive when we engage in culinary creation as an expression of love for ourselves, others and the earth.
She has worked as the head chef at yoga ashrams, ayurvedic wellness spas and was one of the founding chefs of Radha Yoga & Eatery in Vancouver. Jill lives and works in Vancouver, British Columbia, and has travelled to offer her services in locations including Whitehorse, Yukon Territory; Barbados and New Delhi, India.
Conscious Table History
Conscious Table was created by Jill Boadway and Mindy (Gage) Mortlock in 2005, while they were working together at a renowned raw foods cafe. Gage has returned to her private practice as a Life Coach, leaving Conscious Table in Jill's capable hands
