Conscious Table Culinary Coaching provides creative solutions for your lifestyle, budget and food preferences. Our program will help you to bring more organic, whole foods such as vegetables, grains, legumes, seeds, and nuts into your diet.
CT Culinary Coaching services are offered through single sessions, multiple session packages, or an in-depth 8-week program. Our single and multiple sessions can be designed around your specific needs, or derived from any piece(s) of our eight week program that appeals to you. Here is what you can expect from our eight-week program:
- the foundation to make dining at home both feasible and enjoyable
- a step-by-step exploration of food itself, food purchasing, and food preparation
- customized menu plan and recipe templates
- integration of environmentally sustainable cooking & eating practices
- a calendaring system that structures and supports your grocery shopping and food preparation
Our work together will expand your cooking skills and increase your confidence for preparing foods that contribute to healthy living. As you cook more often at home, you will become more in-tune with selecting foods that taste good and satisfy your wellness goals.
All of our sessions are offered over the phone, or in person, in the Vancouver, B.C. and San Diego, CA areas. Pricing is structured differently for over the phone or in person sessions. Unlimited e-mail support is available between sessions.
