"When Jill sat down with me in the initial culinary coaching consultation, I immediately felt trusting and at ease with her.  Her thoughtful and revealing questions had me become aware of very old dietary patterns that restricted my enjoyment of food and the full nourishment of my body. This surprised me and once I identified this through the work with Jill, new opportunities opened up.

Jill listened to what my lifestyle was. I do not enjoy cooking or eating much and Jill honoured all that. She created unique, fast and nutritious recipes for me.  She also created with me a system for self nourishment that works for my busy life.

Previously, I would eat randomly and minimally and often times I would not eat at all. My blood sugar would be low and I would be irritated and my business would suffer. The food I would then prepare was not mindfully prepared. My body would feel excessively heated up and I generally felt on edge.

Now I cook on Sundays and prepare my easy quick meals for the week. I have ‘emergency’ foods for those times when I have nothing prepared and I can quickly whip out during my busy day. All the recipes are diverse and they also taste good! Who knew that sprouted beans and green smoothies could be yummy!  I am calmer and not on edge. My excessive ‘heatedness’ is also gone.  And I actually enjoy preparing my meals!

Thank-you Jill, I feel like I have my life back in order. It has been over 2 years that this problem has been around. Now I am well, happy and able to enjoy my life!
